Favorite Housepet Helpers

I've never met a cleaning product that works better ... the Little Green Pet mess savior of the floors is a miracle.

LOVE this. On carpet and hardwood floors.

My 16 year old Chihuahua had a very icky end for a few months prior to passing away on November 21st 2021. The fact that I remember that date is sort of a big deal for me.

When Rocco died last November, I grieved hard. It doesn't get better, but you can get through it. Then, I found George in serendipitous fashion. I had zero intentions of ever getting another dog. A LOT of pet trauma happened over the course of the past 10 years. George showed up, angel on the doorstep style.

I knew he was a Cavalier, poodle mix, but he seemed to have ALL the traits of the King Charles Cavalier and very few of the poodle (his dad's name was Larry). So? I did a dog DNA kit. Turned out, I was right!

King George McDoodles is 65-95% Cavalier and only 5-25% Poodle. In other words, his small head and long legs are poodle but everything else is Cavalier.

Processing grief is something that you simply have to go through at some point in your life.

There are 5 stages for some but it's more complex than that.

ROCCO IS STILL MY SCREEN SAVOR.

George is still in training. What they say about Cavapoo's is all true.

Another thing you'll want to get if you have a dog-in-training and cats?

A very tall cat tree. At least that's something we have.

George is relentless when it comes to wanting to chaos cats. They are not amused.

Best gift you can give your new guy. Your compassion, empathy and patience while y'all adjust to each other. Little man did NOT like the clothes option so we won't be adding those to "Favorite Things" ... it was a unanimous 'Nope'.

(This was an up cycled baby shirt, size 0 newborn). Again, Animal Shelter Thrift shops.

BIGGEST cat tree you can afford.

They'll thank you for it.

**You can also find all of these things at a thrift store sponsored by your local shelters**

ALL of my Amazon purchases and sales from this 'Favorite Things" series donates a portion of the sale to my favorite Kitten Rescue where my little guys came from. I was their foster mom, but I'll save that story for another time.
